Prefer Hokkaido pork don to Tokyo pork . As Tokyo pork is just regular thin slices pork belly you can get at sukiya. Hokkaido pork has this smoky charred flavor that makes it a must try!

The Hokkaido pork is so, so, so good. A little burnt charcoal taste shows it's authentic and it's so fresh. Can't get enough of it. If you like BBQ pork get it here.

Don't order the Spicy Garlic don as the garlic is not crunchy and it's served cold. It is very salty and cold as you can imagine it. Order the pork don with the potato salad as it's very fresh!

The pork katsu curry portion is immense, but also really good. Order to share or if you have a huge appetite.

The Hokkaido pork don is just so good with a sunny side up egg !Slight burnt charcoal taste with slight fats and with teriyaki sauce . Love their miso soup ???? the grilled salmon teriyaki is good too!
