Even if the cashier line ups are long, dont be daunted. service is quick because there are often several tills open.

the plain clothed loss prevention / security following innocent people around the store at all hours are very hostile (and bad at their jobs)

Huge (and tasty) deli sandwiches for around 5 bucks. I buy often them for lunch to change things up.

Prices are higher than Superstore, about the same as Safeway and cheaper than While Foods.

Go at the end of the night...LOTS of meat 50% off :)
