Freakishly long lines - if you don't know what to get you don't have enough time to think it over just choose something and get on with it! Plus, it's more preferable to pay by card rather cash. ????
It's a Burger King at at the airport - if you like BK, I guess you know what you're getting, but if you're more of a McDonald's fan, then it comes across as very confusing and overpriced.
Iincredibly quiet Saturday eve as I was served straight away went from the pay desk to collect area under 5 minutes. Food was hot, tea much appreciated????. Over priced but only choice in arrivals????

If you're picking up someone from the airport this is the best place to wait. Have them call you when they are through immigration, and you'll time your pick up perfectly to stay within 15 mins. - Ulrik Poulsen
