This was an amazing meal. We loved the oysters , vidiala Onion tart with foie gras , asparagus soup , burrata , and salted caramel creme Brûlée .
We had foie gras , asparagus soup , Alaskan halibut , lamb loin/shoulder, and the crustless cheesecake special. All were excellent! Preparation of the halibut was a stand-out even in a sea of excellence!
Dinner & wine pairing was fantastic last night @ The Ivy Hotel . Excellent wait staff , beautiful ambiance, a tour of the kitchen & meeting Chef Mark Levy was an awesome experience.
