Long live Iguana! This is possibly the first Mexican restaurant to have popped up here in the city center, and it's been good all these years. My go-to's: tacos al pastor & fried ice cream .

Very good place in town , fresh and deep mexican flavors, perfectly balanced frozen margaritas and friendly staff . I highly recommend. Pricing is in the medium-high range. Ambiance is quiet in summer.

Best of Pest!!!! Excellent homemade tortillas . I am so happy I found this place it is the best Mexican food I've had in Europe and our waitress was great! I will definitely return! Like next week! :D

Good Mexican food for Central European standards. Waiters are attentive and a bit older then the usual 20sth you see in most Bp places (yay!). Very good drinks. Cozy and homey place . Pet-friendly!

Pepino picante cocktail , tacos al pastor & corn chowder soup ... I am one happy camper. Oh and the tacos already include guacamole the way real tacos should!!

The best Mexican restaurant in Budapest . The beer with salt and lime is really tasty! I love the combo plates (plate with one enchilada , taco and a burrito ).

A very cute place, the food was delicious and the waitresses very friendly , make sure to try the chocolate brownie with ice cream for dessert , it was incredebly tasty

Great atmosphere,great food,great service. Jalapeno poppers are hotter than expected still amazing with that sauce. Iguana brownie is a must! The burrito with mashed beans is awesome!!!

The food here is delicious, is the only Mexican food here in Budapest that really got the Mexican flavor. I’m Mexican so I approved this place.

I really like this place. Food is really good, nice service and I just looove their jars of Strawberry Margarita ! It is nice to sit outside in the summer time.

Broad selection of foods (vegetarian and less spicy options are also available). The quality of both the meals and the service was great, would definitely recommend the place.

Kid friendly ! They helped with a high chair and brought extra plates so we could share (my daughter was too small to get a meal on her own). We made a mess but the staff was very nice about it.

Portions are enormous, take it into account when ordering or you will end up not finishing really delicious food!

All the dishes were great. Big portions , food and drinks. Good location. Not cheap but fair prices for Budapest.

I had the pastor tacos & they came with handmade tortillas ... that's how good this place is.

Love the Mexican dishes some of them a little bit overpriced. There is a great choice of tequila . Table reserving is necessary.

Starters wondeful. Sweetcorn chowder epic and nachos hefty portion . Rest was below average. Uninspired tacos and burrito , refried beans delicious. Ranked as best Mexican, but could be much better.

Have a guatamale nacho . The staff is very kindly. Nice location bloody/Virgin Mary both very good.

If you're in the mood for something awesome, order the fajitas ! It comes on a sizzling-hot metal plate with assorted goodies!

Note that they serve Gusto Palinka! Do try one after dinner (or before!). Wish they also had the barak/apricot too.

Go here. I was here 8 years ago and it was good. Now its even better. Well worth a visit.

Fajitas were passable, but the person who's prepared the meal has only seen how it from a video. Was given a knife and fork to eat fajitas ffs! Only 3 fajitas included (!), rest were charged extra!!
