Can't say enough positive things about the staff . I feel like I know them and they know me. Often have my drink poured before I get to the counter. Frank does a great job baking the bagels too!

I almost never complain when receiving poor service, but this was inexcusable. Bagel sandwich came as hybrid of 2 menu items. Server on cell phone w/gloved hands, hacked -not sliced- sandwich in two.
