Butao King FTW once again! Extra noodles or kaedama was definitely necessary for such goodness! The broth was very flavorful with thinly cut slices of meat (shoulder) and perfectly extra hard noodles .
So far best ramen we had ????. We tried king butao and green king ramen midorio and gyoza as side dish. So good with just 1/2 of spice. Love how their ramens are 'customized'????
The black king ramen is the bomb. Don't forget to customize it according to your preference--at no additional cost. Also best paired with the free bean sprouts and japanese beer !
My favorite ramen place (compared to Ukkokei) black king but be prepared for overwhelmed taste buds due to the flavors - you can make the sauces light to make it just right.
We ordered Black King , Green King , Butao, gyoza , karaage and chashu rice for our group of 5 girls. Everything was so good! Avoid sitting outside as much as possible, the flies bothered us a little.
I've tried all the combinations of light to heavy sauce or soup that you specify when you fill out the ramen form. No matter what you fill up, they will get it wrong. Just get chef reco.
Every menu can be customized to your liking. Want it spicy at level 5? Want a topping of spring onions or belly? Or why not try the chef 's recommendation?
Order their green ramen and cucumber appetizer :) don't be shy to ask for more bean sprouts if you're out of them
Gyoza was very good but, considering the number of pieces, I found it expensive . The toge or bean sprouts just didn't work for me.
My all time fav ramen place ! Usual order: butao king with level 1 or 2 spice :))
