Absolutely the best location in town , smack in the middle of Times Square. Walk downstairs and you're in the infamous spot where everyone is taking photos of the lights and glitz

Times Square view rooms cost more, but the view is worth it. Modern decor , very busy lobby area.

Right in the middle of Times Square, prices can be even higher than the better InterContinental New York Times Square nearby. Crowded check-in lines even at night. Decent rooms but not for the price.

The bathrooms are on the fifth floor. Take the escalator to the lobby and the elevators to that floor.

Best room service ! Called 'cause I'm sick and they sugessted chicken noodle soup and camomeal (sp?) To make me fel better. Souper service.

Avoid the 15 th floor for a room. Gym is located on that floor and the works noisiest ice machine.

Best Crowne Plaza I've ever stayed in, that's for sure. Skip the hotel restaurant unless you're okay dropping $50 a person for food and drink.

The worst service is after new year.. They just can't handle the overnumbered guest.. Must waiting the rooms for 2 hours.. The staff was rude enough to make you labeled this hotel as bad hotel .
