the staff is really knowledgable about different brands of specialized dog foods. i needed a low protein, low sodium, grain free dog food and the recommended I go with nutro.

The Austin Pets Alive! cattery has been cleaned and repainted. It's a whole new place!

Clean and well done store. Workers are a little scarce sometimes, but are friendly and helpful when found. :)

this location seems to always have an overwhelming animal urine smell. I would recommend any other location if you have a sensitive nose!

Props for tolerating me coming in with 2 toddlers and never buying anything.

Visit the kitties ! They love meeting new people.

The tips didnt lie the stench was awful . I have never been to a pet store that smelled this bad. I'd say go if u have to
