Beautiful little pedestrian street with some great cafes , Freestate, Onion and organic Orchard cafe , plus the Holborn Whippet pub with an amazing beer selection . Sit outside and think you're in Rome

Flave

Sicilian Ave, an Italian cafe microcommunity and shortcut in Holborn, is in fact a private road which the public isn't entitled to used - check the plaque at the foot of the pillar! Happy trespassing!

Amra Saby

Nice Place & Cafés but honestly you don't feel any Sicilian atmosphere.. ????

Ben Adelie

One of the best spots to socialise in central London. So many cafés and restaurants .

Another great GoToMidtown offer! FREE gift of a scarf or purse if you spend £50 or more at Lotus Leaf (ladies fashionwear) in Sicilian Avenue. While stocks last.

Amazing place and it’s a must if you visit London! You can spend hours & hours inside so plan well if you are time poor. Worth to hire the audio as it can be really crowded to get too close. - Maria
