One of the amazing attractions at the Zoo . You can get unlimited pass if you buy one day pass . Usually, long waiting line , but moves fast.
Buy the day pass ! Unlimited sky rides and it includes a guided bus tour that takes you over about 3/4 of the park . Totally worth it.
Easily the best way to get from one end of the park to the other. Also a lovely way.
A nostalgic and well-maintained transportation system!
The quickest way to get on top of the hill and near the Polar bear exhibits .
Nothing spectacular. There are so many trees in the zoo that you can't really see anything from the tram , but it is a good way to not have to walk to the other side of the park .
A nostalgic favourite. Great views of the mountain goats .
Near some excellent exhibits and places to sit.
A lovely blast from the past! Look closely at the aviary!
Totally worth the extra cost to ride. A great view of the Zoo .
If you've had a membership in the past even if its been awhile its $12 off for a renewal membership. Thanks Norman!
bring an umbrella stroller so you can take it with you on the skyfari
Best views in the park
The line is always shorter for the return trip to the front. Plus it's faster than walking back.
Beats walking the hill and some great view of the gorillas!
Great views
Don't look down...if you wanna miss an amazing view !
Best view in the park .
Pretty cool if short lived
Nice view from the top
Been to the SD zoo dozens of times over the last 50 years. Always amazing, the zoo is constantly upgrading exhibits. Arguably one of the top five zoos in the world! - Thomas Marshall

Wild Arctic is a must! The polar bears are incredible, as are the beluga whales. The kids will love it here! - Jessica Helwig
The carousel was built in 1910 by the Herschell Spillman Co, & it’s one of the few operational carousels of it’s kind. There's a fun plane/butterfly ride next to the carousel as well. More info below. - @socalwithkids

Beautiful! There was a 30-60 min wait but it was so worth it. Don't forget you can only see pandas in 4 zoos in the United States. - Erin McNamara
