This is by far the best yakatori restaurant in Amsterdam. They serve cold sake you can only find in Japan. Great staff , and not too expensive . A true Japanese gem, where Japanese people eat frequently

Hidden gem in south of Amsterdam. Japanese Izakaya (Gastropub ) with charcoal grilled skewers and Yakitori . The Butabara (Pork Belly ) with Miso and Torikawa (Chicken skin ) are recommended! So good.

This is the real deal. It’s like stepping into a Yakitori bar in Kyoto. Best I’ve had outside of Japan. Authentic . Clientele is also mostly Japanese which is a good sign. Chicken meatball , skin ????

Yellow tail , shitaki mushroom , wagyu tataki, gyu-tan, pork belly skewer , grilled aubergine and tuna sashimi . All were really great!!! It can be a little pricy though if you try it all!

Order your yakitori in group bunches (ie 5 of this or that, not just one) otherwise you'll be waiting a while. Takes time overall though delicious food, great ambiance and very friendly service

Authentic Japanese restaurant with great Yakitori , take the "kwartel" eggs yakitori or the wafu salad . All the regular quests have their own Sake bottle behind the bar !
