Great service, very efficient. However the Q system might need improvement. It should have mention to those who just wanna pay or collect just go straight to d counter.

Terrible located! Have to search around the entire Machines store at Mid Valley finally located outside ! Don't even have a paper cup for water on the deck and not even a drop of water at the bottle!

Park at the Mid Valley parking and walk across the bridge to North Point.

Service is bad, it seems the standard answer to inquiries or repair requests is "I am sorry, we can't repair this. You have to get a new set!" ????

Worst. Customer service. Ever. Beware of that Indian lady at the cashier&collection she can really confuse you with the payments, its a wonder that she still works here

For an authorized Apple dealer, they take way too long to serve you. And if you forgot your receipt, don't even think that they'd allow you your warranty claim. Poor service all round

Earcap stuck dlm earphone hole also x idea fix it .. Stupid place

Not as good as the Genius Bar..you can't make reservations and some of your AppleCare warranty won't work here...frustrating.
