Definitely the best bang for your buck if you want quality steak and atmosphere in Seattle. The best part is its not al la carte so you get salad , potatoes and veggies for $30-45 per person!
No reservations , you can wait an hour or more for a table. Positives are that bread , salad , vegetables and starch are included with your entree. Steaks are good value , well prepared.
Classic steak house that won't break the bank . Great brunch on the weekends. Ask for a side (boat) of hollandaise for a few $ extra and another everything with it.
Delicious steaks ! Try the Oscar prep, or order the sauce au poive on the side! For potato choice order the UFO! Don't like steak ?..The crab stuffed halibut and bacon wrapped scallops are amazing!!!
Great happy hour , really enjoyed the filet, cocktails , asked for med burger could have been cooked slightly longer. I'll be back
If you're here in the evening during the week, ask for Ani's section. She's the amazing wonder girl of Jak's!
Great staff , very polite and helpful! Crab cakes Benedict are delicious. My husband took steak & eggs , which was fantastic! Would recommend this place)
Amazing happy hour at the bar from 4:30 and 5:30!
Try the Jak-Bene for Saturday or Sunday brunch . It's like eggs benedict only with filet mignon instead of the canadian bacon and herbed potatoes instead of the muffin . Read more
Friday lunch special : burger with bacon , pepperjack , onion rings , and BBQ sauce . I've never had to physically smash down a burger to get it to fit in my mouth before...and it was awesome!
Try the Jak Bene for brunch . There is nothing more delightful than a perfectly poached egg perched atop tender filet mignon .

The chorizo Benedict with a Bloody Mary is my go-to brunch choice in West Seattle.

The bacon wrapped scallops were great!
Add a lobster tail to your ribeye . No one should have to choose between the two.
Waffle , bacon , scramble with coffee black. No whip cream on this breakfast .
Food quality great. Service slow this time, even factoring Valentines Day. Server, though busy attending tables, was less to us. Water refilled once. Took another server to get a cocktail refill.
Best steak in Seattle area.
WTF, if your planning to go out to Jak's for a quiet Monday evening of food and wine , make sure it's not a national holiday!
Basic, no-fuss food. Prepared perfectly.
As for extra steak butter for your steak . You'll be glad you did!
Very good burger....but the crab cakes bendict....ooooh yeah....
Steaks and steak sandwich
Steak was oh so good!
The 509 Casserole warms this former MidWesterner for brunch .

Worst dinner in a long time. More fat than steak and charred crem brulet. Very very disappointed.

Exotic meats and inventive preparation, in a cool and modern setting. Gets pricey quick - $125 for 2 people for dinner with 2 drinks/each. It's all good though! - Drew Milam
