Get the table-side guacamole . There's enough for 4, and if you like it spicy they offer habenero paste on the side. Awesome. Grouper w/mashed plaintains was excellent. Skirt steak=FANTASTIC.

The steak cooked medium was juicy & delicious. The mole on the enchilada tastes a lot of prunes . Although I'm told it has chocolate in it, I didn't taste it.

The pork shoulder here is incredible. Beware the cappuccinos are espresso sized

Don't expect to be full from the tacos . The pork belly guacamole was great. The tacos are the size of a half dollar #taco

It is a major pain in the butt to get to, you have to walk through a bunch of acreage at the Fairmont. Food is completely overrated. Skip this please.
