The WAB serves beers ranging from a (new) Detroit Maiden IPA to the Hefty-Weizen to a Vanilla Porter , plus seasonal brews . Voted "Best Microbrewery " by HOUR Detroit in 2008, 2009 and 2010.

I miss the old menu and 1/2 off Mondays, but LOVE the new pizzas . Ol' Dirty minus anchovies = guilty cheese-laden pleasure. Smells Like Florentine Spirit minus chicken = FANTASTIC. C's Nuts delish!

Of recent, the quality of the beers has seemed to step it up. It seemed the last few years were just "shrug, guess I'll make some beer ". Good Nitro and ESB when available.

Nachos as a meal are giant! It's enough for 2 ppl. The porter is pretty good too. Not too hoppy, strong coffee flavor.

Hummus is a little weird, has jalapeños in it. Flatbread pizzas are good, but are for more than one person despite what waitress says. Husband thought BBQ pizza too saucy, margarita pizza good.

Really good craft beer . The blonde and the nitro stout are delicious.

Pretty good service and good food. LOVE the quesadillas and they always have a good guest brew.

Decent beer , but beware the service. Especially on off nights it can take hours to get your, now cold, food. Make sure you've fed the meter enough!
