They see you ready and waiting to order but continue on with whatever they are doing then I've you do order they sit it on the edge of the counter closest to them and walk away.
Great food, but fries are seldom fresh or full in the container...kind of a ripoff to order a large and get the same amount as a medium.
I ordered a plain grilled chicken sandwich . I got a spicy fried chicken sandwich with everything on it. That sums up the Media Wendy's in a nutshell.
Ordered chicken fingers and fries in the drive thru . Were the fries in the bag when I went to eat? Nope.
I totally agree with all these tips. Not much more to say.
The W burger is awesome!
Drive thru staff is consistently rude and gets the order wrong 50% of the time. But I like the double stack. Ugh.
Dirty . In extreme need of a makeover. Staff unfriendly and miserable.
Avoid this one. They always make you feel like an inconvenience.
