ほとんど極コーポレーション のお店です。中華 、イタリアン、焼き肉、お寿司 、アジアン、何となく来ても何かしら喰いたいモンは見つかると思います。
一階のフードコート では、電源はありませんが比較的気兼ねなく仕事や読書勉強ができます。但し、週末は子供連れが多いので賑やかになります。
電線御三家の一角のフジクラ 、ゴルフ シャフトメーカー のフジクラ 。その工場 跡地の再開発によるオフィス 、ショッピングモール の複合施設。食品街のロータスパ ークは、紅虎餃子 房、万豚 記の際コーポレーション のプロデュースなので系列店多し。
