Not overtly friendly , did not say hello or thank-you during taking my order. First time here... Will go back to Smoothie King in Ohio for friendly customer service !
Staff was a tad cold at first but warmed up. Might be the language barrier. No issues here.
First visit. Not thrilled. The customer service is sub-par and the smoothie cups under filled. We'll not be back.

This is the WORST Tropical Smoothie ever. I found small ROCKS in my smoothie , kids DON'T eat free w/o 10$ purchase, & they tried to shirk me on my coupon. DON'T EAT HERE.
this is the slowest TSC I've ever been to with terrible customer service all 3 times I've been to this one. Never coming to this location again.
