I love this store! I've gotten some pet gerbils here. :) Note that (at least gerbil-wise) this is a female carrying store. (If you weren't aware, PetSmarts don't carry both genders of the same pet ...)
The grooming salon lost their best groomers ! All the new groomers want to do is shave the furry babies balled and not give them a bath. The service was so horrible I would not let them touch my dog!
Very friendly and very helpful. Staff is also quite knowledgeable .
If you're getting your dog trained , ask for Shana . She's been amazing with Maxx, and she's given us so many great tips.
The pets hotel is great! They remember my dog by name and you can't beat the hours and the price!
Don't ever take your dog there for grooming . I witnessed my dog getting abused by a groomer . Right there in front of the glass. The groomer was THAT stupid.
The groomers here are awesome, and the doggie day care + pet hotel are wonderful.
