No help when you need it, and far to helpful when you don't need it. At least they keep it clean and the parking lot well lit.
Horrible customer service. I've never had to try so hard to find help. This is a regular occurance.
Be careful they don't take an item you ordered and put on the shelf for customers to buy. They don't call to tell you it is in, you have to call them
This is not the store with the helpful hardware person. Go elsewhere if you want helpful or even friendly service .
Improve something.
Never can find help when you need it. Not enough cashiers .
