Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel

I really liked this hotel , the staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable , I will absolutely go back again!

Left my $300 Bose headphones behind in the room, and they sent them back to me in Florida!!! Most honest housekeeping EVER!!! and yes the lounge employees are great too

Surprisingly good breakfast for North America. Not Israeli breakfast level but some decent fresh stuff and even some zero carb options.

Going through renovations! Parking is $10 during renovations, along with 20% off in room dining

The furniture in our room was older than expected, but the room was overall clean and nice. The bathroom was very well renovated though a bit small.

Front desk staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful in the Marriott brand

As a Marriott rewards member enjoy free Internet and parking . I do have Wifi in my room.

Odd numbered rooms face the front lobby, even numbered rooms face the airport landings

Restaurant has very good food

I found the staff indifferent. The bar closes super early and the food choices for a large hotel were really disappointing. Sub par by any Marriott standard.

Do NOT order the cheese cake ! Bluckkk! Ordered room service & was surprised to receive 2 pieces when I only ordered 1.However, after 1 bite, it seems they're trying to rid the kitchen of this bad dish

Wireless Internet in rooms - just added over the past week or so Basic accommodation for a full service Marriott. Nothing too special

Skip dessert ,room service or restaurant.I ordered dessert to go & didn't get napkin/fork. The brownie , although warm, tasted like a micro dessert from Duncan Hines. Not what I'd expect from Marriott.

Horrible staff at the front desk - not focused in customer service. Must be a franchise.

Too noisy , lots of kids of hoquey stay here.
