Do buy your ticket well in advance as those for the immediate ferry often go to the hand of 'yellow cows' and there is no formal way for a normal customer to get them.

Get there an hr earlier than ur intended departure time . Economy seats sell out fast in the morning and then ur forced to buy Super class (which incl a meal) unless ur willing to wait for the nxt boat

Worth the xtra money to upgrade to super class for better seat, less crowded and better views . Economy is 164, super class 297.

If you are travelling to and from the mainland, buy your return tickets as soon as you arrive. Better safe than sorry. Usually buying in Hong Kong will get you a much better price.

Be careful of travel agents selling cheap tickets for the immediate next ferry . Make sure you have enough time to get through immigration before the gates close 15 minutes prior to departure !

Suggest going to the Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal in Shun Tak Centre instead. Taxi line here is much longer (fewer taxis ) and the walk from berth to the immigration hall is inconvenient!

But the ticket for ferry to Taiba Ferry Terminal which is at southern Macau as it's less crowded at the immigration area. Buy a ticket back to China-Hong Kong Ferry Terminal first before going over.

Avoid this terminal in peak time and mostly on weekends because of the Mainlanders tourist groups.

if youre buying the discounted tickets outside the counters make sure you have enough time to make it to your gate.

The ships board exactly on schedule. Becareful.

If you are on the first boat in the morning don't bother showing up more than 30 minutes before departure . None of the counters, including pre-booked ticket collection open before then

Take the CKS Ferry from HK to Zhu Hai for HKD190 one way. Boat ride takes 1 hour and 10 mins.

Cheap 30$ lunch

約30分に1本ぐらいのペースで船がでており、マカオに手軽に行くことができます。ただ、出入国になるため、また手続きが必要なので注意。私の場合、入国審査官の仕事が遅く、マカオから帰ってくる時に30分近く待たされました。。。

Si vas a macau necesitas tu pasaporte, no sirve una fotocopia. El ferry economy class, de kowloon a Macau cuesta 200HK dollar.

Отсюда можно уплыть в Макао . Берите первый класс , стоит на 10 евро дороже, зато плыть у окошка и с комфортом. В терминале бесплатный wifi

Не покупайте сразу обратный билет. Его лучше брать в Макао . Иначе придется возвращаться только этой же компанией, а вам возможно ближе с другого порта будет.
