A mix of soul food and Trinidian food. Get the excellent curry goat and polenta-like coo coo to soak up the sauce.
My first shark and bake yesterday! Will be back for more. Also love their goat roti and cow foot soup or as they call it cow heel soup Lol
They need to stop making these puffs so hard... Puffs are supposed to be melting in your mouth and also the cheese paste is never enough... Other than that the food is good ....
Oxtail dinners are great so are the wontons and the trinidad Chinese food
