Nice beer selection and lots of vegetarian options . Fresh baked breads and sweets daily.
Love this place (especially the bottomless coffee ), and they're one of the few truly vegetarian-friendly spots in Rockford. In a perfect world, they would have bagels .
Come here for Slider Saturdays - the pot roast slider and veggie slider are particularly special.
Asparagus Mac n cheese is what you want...trust me can't go wrong

For those of you with cholesterol issues, you have to pay an upcharge to substitute a different side for the cookie on the Market Sampler. I think that's pretty lame.
