They give away your lane reservations if you walk outside for a few minutes! terrible service! I used to like them, but it has degraded the last years.

Shitty service, the place is NOT kid friendly . People smoking inside constantly, customer service is awful, and the lanes look like they haven't been taken care of in 10 years.
