I love visiting you guys on the weekend. Especially when you've been charging me for a service that I never received - for 1 full yr!

Get a ticket first unless your paying. Wait times are usually 1 hour - check your ticket. Shop around to kill time.

They are no longer Time Warner Cable, folks. I was the twentieth person to arrive early in the afternoon and was out in about ten minutes.

The best time to come here is during the week & early in the day .

Go to the one at Atlantic Ave & the Van Wyck. Considerably shorter waits.

It's 9:30am. The store opens at 10 and there's already 20 ppl waiting on line to get in the store.

Came in to change a modem , thought it would be quick, give one, get one. Boy was I wrong! I never thought I would find a place worse than the DMV! At least there are seats in the DMV! Never again!!

Average waiting time = 1 1/2 hours (and that's on a good day) Don't be surprised if you go to get a new box to replace your broken one, to only be given another broken box.

Returned items. Went in late. Got out quick.

When you make people wait for 30 minutes plus, it might be fucking nice to offer seats. At least the DMV offers seats! This place is hell.

Dear TW, please use close caption on the tvs . Kind of pointless to have 8 tvs without it.

Take the train or bus to another location, it will cost you less time. This place is ridiculous.

go on Monday or Tuesday a little late and the lines are better
