The store manager Greg refused to listen and was rude. I couldn't explain how humidity works. Just didn't get it. Finally got new radio after much stress. Go do the real manager!!!!! Not Greg. Sucks

Horrible experience. Bought 150 dollar radio and payed 40$ for protection plan . The radio broke and from humidity it had rust. Clearly stated humidity and condensation covered.
