My tip from about 4 years ago sounds harsher than I meant. It is a solid soccer bar . It will show any amount of North American-based soccer telecasts. Also, I prefer the lounge [west] to the pub .
This pub is a magnet for European football fans watching games from across-the-ocean time zones with Irish coffee in hand. At night, it's a homey place for a pint or three. Read more
Really good soccer pub and great breakfasts . Including English bacon and sausages for those craving a taste of the UK.
Good vibe, and nice open seating . Got an assortment of apps and a dollar burger on Sunday . Nothing to write home about but I'll be back. Scotch eggs and bosco sticks were worth trying.
Great place to catch a Fire game, take in a variety of quality libations and eat some good food! Hosts of our March to the Cup and "Capital Comeback" parties of 2011!
The ultimate sports bar , every European football game is broadcast here. A must for any football (soccer ) fan
Great bloody Mary's ! Try with half absolut peppar half absolut citron vodka !
Located on the Northside of Chicago, The Globe Pub is the ideal place to catch a Chicago Fire match. It is an official MLS Pub and always packed with Section 8 Supporters!
Look on the other side of the wine list for a robust selection of ciders . Then kick back and watch your footie like a proper Europhile.
This is the soccer bar with an Euro-centric atmosphere. It will show an MLS game, but prefers UEFA & EPL. Beers in English styles - not necessarily imported. ☞ Free wi-fi.
Almost everything on the menu is good. Be adventurous with your drinking. The beer menu is even deeper than listed.
My favorite place to watch sports in the city , especially soccer . The food is good, the beer selection is great...the service pretty much sucks.
Quality pub . Love the footy atmo you get here! Try the rail challenge and see how you fair ;). Up the Villa !
Get here at least one hour early for any big soccer game, or you will need to stand all game
Their fish and chips is pretty solid, but we go there for great shots in a great atmosphere. All of the fun, none of the kids.
Great atmosphere for soccer . Don't come when it's packed and 90 degrees outside though. The A/C can't handle it.
Great place to chill with friends, energy here is great! Fast service hott bartenders !!!!
New menu. Chicken vol au vent is good. Like chicken pot pie filling on top of pastry . Great spot to watch all kinds of football (including American).
Great place to catch a Fire game, take in a variety of quality libations and eat some good food!
6 Nations Rugby Championship will be shown here. Ex-pats are grateful for this pub - they show rugby , football (soccer ), cricket and have a weekly pub quiz.
The $2 burgers on Sundays are well worth it. You can get cheese for .50 in case your server doesn't mention that (ahem)
Loved the vegetarian options . The grilled veggie sandwich was great.

their tartar sauce is the best i've ever had! order the fish and chips or even just a side of chips and ask for some.
Although Aubrey isn't in the back bar anymore, Saturday nights with the DJ are a good time!
Cool bar except soccer is the dumbest sport in the universe .

Order 2 drinks at once, you'll be waiting a while.
Three Floyd's Robert the Bruce in cask ! Real beer ! Makes others taste like soda pop.
Be sure to catch at least one game pre-World Cup here. Great place to start an unexpectedly fun Saturday.
Michael is an awesome bartender !
Tip your waitresses and bartenders ;)
