Nice staff , the concierge was a bit unattentive at our arrival. The room was nice, not that regular Sofitel standard, but we enjoyed our stay.

The lift doors don't stay open very long. Be careful or they WILL eat you!

There's a Bar in the lobby called TC's. great place to watch NRL.. Sound is on and there's a big screen . The food is unfortunately terrible... Cheap , but almost in edible
Wifi internet: 500mb a day free then either pay $40 per gigabyte; or choose to be slowed to 15 kilobytes/sec. This is pretty bad..
Service was excellent but the hotel is physically old. Pullman or Novotel are better than this

Poor pool service in terms of ordering food and drinks. Asked for water and arrived after an hour. The pool staff was never around when you wanted to order more.
