Amazing atmosphere and the food is delicious. Split the fruit and cheese platter with the entire table.
Try the King's Onion soup and open faced Reuben very good we had lunch in the downstairs tavern, authentic colonial atmosphere right down to the servants uniforms and colonial candle lit bar .
The chicken is amazing and I prefer the tavern over the main restaurant ...great vibe!!
Lost some of its authenticity through the years. Nasty fire extinguisher by the hostess stand. Still good food, but they need to reassess their quality.
Its in a stonewall basement , very historic.
