Very large store. I like that Boscov's is active on Twitter. I get responses quickly if I have an in-store question. Better reception here than the Fairgrounds location. They do not price match.
The parrot in the kids' dept. isn't as great as the one they had in the '90s. Unrelated: the best time to save here is right after Christmas - even better than a lot of other post-Christmas sales.
Holy annoying talking bird in the kids dept! And why are all jeans in the jr section for ladies SKINNY jeans ?! Get some variety.

I was so excited for the 1.99 shoe sale but many of the employee and even the manager were horrible with customer service! Bad attitudes. I didn't see many shoes being sold wonder why??
The checkout process sucks. You finally find a register and there isn't anyone there. Why can't they just gave a staffed checkout by each exit.
