I had a very pleasant experience with Nichole in store pick up, she has restored my faith in Best buy employees. She was quick and courteous, all of this during a busy black Friday.

Madison in Computers has been very helpful in computers for a very long time. He is tall, Black older man. Go to him!! He's very knowledgeable and attentive to customers. Vana sent ya ;-)

The staff . They really know their areas, and don't hesitate to admit when they need to consult with someone else.

Agree with the people on in store pickup. Easy to order online, waiting forever to pick up. Could have run around the store and picked up my items much much faster.

If ever go there once a week they have a lot of stuff that's on Clarence that are not advertised 42 inch tv 's selling for less than $200 just cause its missing the remote

The lower levels are not only great for easy parking and its also is a great way to keep your car cool and away from the sun

When you buy an iPod get the $20 or $10 insurance. If anything happens to your iPod you get a new one.

I just spent an hour here trying to get ONE thing. I asked 4 ppl for help and finally went to customer service!!! It seems like if it wasn't a big ticket item they were too busy to help.

There's a Hispanic short man with glasses in Computers that is NOT helpful. He rather talks trash with his coworkers than help his customer. #Fail.

Old printer, keyboard or other broken electronics ? Bring them in and they'll accept it for recycling . Cool!

Shelves are mostly empty but they have tons of stuff on clearance and they price match if found on another store

Worst customer service I've ever encountered at a store - don't bother calling bc you will be on hold for 45 minutes. Quick to take your money, slow to help you with a problem.

Do your research before hand. Staff is not well informed.
