They charge $.50 cents for ranch and is not included with initial order. Also 1 free refill, after that then $.50 cents on medium refills and $.75 cents for large ????
Some Employees need to learn people skills.. And understand the meaning of Customer Service... Greeting you with a smile and saying thank you wouldn't be hard....
