I'm a fan of the one line concept. Everyone in one line for the registers so you don't get stuck in the "slow" line .

Come here only if you know exactly what you need and if you want to wait in line for an hour. It is obvious that they don't have sufficient staff working here!

Come in the first hour they're open or you'll spend most the day in line . They can't figure out how eliminate long lines . It's too bad.

Be be prepared to wait at the check out if you go over the lunch hour. Same experience twice in one month. ????
