They need to hire more employees to absorb the huge demand! Literally I took half of the day to just pay and register my classes !

The worst service in the world

Expensive fees with slow and poorly organized service. The process might take 4-6 months to pass the license requirements! They don’t have enough staff to cover the demand and bookings take months!!

Uncooperative staff .

If you know how to drive and they didnt evaluate your driving skill properly just find another school where they’ll accommodate, listen & take care of you. And treat you like if you’re one of them ????

Kind of the only option we’ve got and probably that’s why they can afford to be this bad. The trainers believe you need to already know how to drive before coming here, which defies its “purpose”.

The procedures are slow:(

Very organized and polite staff . Classes are comfortable but they have an issue with flies unfortunately!!

Come early your finish in reasonable time. Very friendly staff but the place is crowded .

you have to wait forever here! one counter is working out of ten????

Unfortunately, the simulation classes were so unorganized, we all came at the correct time and it took the teachers more than 30min to set up&they had no clue what they were doing! It’s ridiculous!

Very bad experience, the evaluator was not fair at all and the staff over there are not helpful and they dont listen. She was walking out of her office while i am talking to her .. so unprofessional

I will again say that the organizing staff are helpful, unfortunately the training staff generally isn’t punctual, I had a horrible experience with mine and had to write a complaint!

When my trainer was absent, she failed to inform the admin of her absence and I came and there was no substitute! It was frustrating. I had wanted to change her before but due to my work I couldn’t!

The car was always dirty and had a horrid stink in it and despite asking to fix the issue they trainer repeatedly failed to do so. I asked her who I should speak with and she told me no one!!

I’ve got the message finally ????

Thank god I don’t have to go there anymore. I absolutely hate the service ????

تجربتي كانت سهله و سلسه جداً بعكس كل التجارب و الكلام السيئ اللي انقل لي .. تقييم المرور الى المدربات تقوى و سماح الى الفاحصة امل الغامدي كانو رائعين و متفهمين جداً ، ايضا المشرفة شذا قمة في الاخلاق .
