Definitely recommend it. Went there first day of the season unfortunately no audio guides (even though they should be offered on Sundays. Guided tours only in Spanish. Still worth it for the view .

The most beautiful view in Alicante- looks out over the city & sea. The entrance to the top closes at night depending on the time of year, so I would check before hiking up after dark. Bring a camera !

A good trip to make during windy day (or a sunny-up to you). The fortification with some ruins at the hill where you can get by a lift and admire the beautiful view of the town from 166 m.

Amazing place to visit. We were amazed that you could park free and there are no charges. The views are amazing and the history superb. A must go place.

Good view , nice castle , you can walking there by foot, and after climbing, it is comfortable to use elevator from the castle . It follows directly to the beach

Nice view from up there, and you should definitely stop by whenever you are in Alicante. It was free for me because the ticketmachine didn't work????

It is worth avoiding the long walk by taking the lift. Cared I around 4pm as it can get packed with school groups. Go earlier in the day.

Go for the sunset . Stay for see Alicante during the night. Very romantic .

Missed the sunset because the lift to the castle was closed (but was available for people going DOWN). If you want to get to the castle on time, go on foot.

Visita obligada si vienes a alicante! Preciosos atardeceres desde lo alto de la muralla. Muy recomendado también el mercado artesano que ponen en el patio en verano.

Потрясающее место, весь город Аликанте как на ладони. Плюс в том, что тебя поднимает на такую высоту лифт (конечно ж за отдельную плату ). Наверху сильный ветер, поэтому берегите свои головные уборы.

Hacen espectáculos, increíbles vistas de la ciudad y posee un encanto especial ver la puesta de sol desde arriba.

Sí subes en coche la entrada al castillo es gratis. Ascensor , 2,40 €. Las vistas son espectaculares, eso sí, buen calzado porque el suelo es irregular. Terrazas abiertas para poder tomar un refresco.

Castillo ubicado en la cumbre del Monte Benacantil, a 166 m de altitud. Además de incluir el Museo de Alicante entre sus instalaciones, en ocasiones celebra exposiciones con carácter temporal.

Visita muy recomendable. La entrada es gratis, castillo bien conservado con unas vistas impresionantes de la ciudad. Tomate una caña en alguno de los kioscos del patio de armas :)

Precioso y emblemático castillo situado en el centro de Alicante. Merece la pena visitarlo y si te esperas a las 7:30 pasas gratis al ascensor aunque solo cuesta 2€

Unas vistas de la ciudad de Alicante impresionantes . La entrada es gratuita y una vez dentro te transportas al pasado. Me encanta. Llevo yendo desde niño y seguiré yendo.

En él se celebran Mercadillos medievales, hay museos itenerantes, y algún que otro evento relacionado con las fiestas de la ciudad -como la Palmera que da comienzo a la Crema de les Fogueres-.

Preciosas vistas panorámicas de toda la ciudad, sobre todo del color del Postiguet. No obstante, verlo desde el puerto o a lo lejos es de un encanto incomparable.

Подняться можно от ж/д станции по дорожке, полюбовавшись красотой города , а спуск на лифте в город будет бесплатный :)

Хорошая прогулка, если подниматься пешком. Случайно набрели на лифт , думали покатаемся-так нас в тоннель на выход вывезли)) назад везти не согласился, сказал покупать билет и стоять в очереди ((
