Overall it's about the flavor. They can take a regular brisket taco and elevate the dish to new levels. The Democrat is my favorite although Their breakfast fare is plentiful so go hungry

Nice beer selection . The vegetarian section of the menu is quite good. For sans queso/cheese vegan options try the fried avocado taco or the Independent, a fried portobello taco . Mighty good!

Try Crossroads and Baja Shrimp tacos????????????????????????Their Green Chile Queso dip and Chipotle Ranch sauce is a must! The dip may be a bit spicy for those who do not eat spicy food on a regular basis.

Green chilli pork , democrat , shrimp and brushfire . Lots of toppings but flavor was bland even with salsa . Prices range from $3-$5. Tacos are BIG. There are much cheaper and better places in Dallas.

Katie behind the bar is AWESOME! the line is around the block and she is cool, calm and efficient. Love her and I love Torchy's! Mr Orange in a bowl is the way to go!

I normally love Torchy's, buy this location went way overboard on the retried beans. It was 50%+ of the taco filling. Half to a third as much would have been perfect.

The hipster isn't on the menu, but it should be. Fried fish and green chiles and all kinds of goodness in between. Also if you skip the queso you're missing out.

You may think the prices are high for street tacos but really they are double the size. I can eat and 1 taco is plenty! Queso and street corn are also really good.

Get Octobers Taco of the Month - the Scarecrow - while you can! Also check out the secret menu...esp. green chile pork missionary style!

Green chile pork and the democrat tacos are so good! Also, the diablo sauce in the queso is hot but awesome.

I like the Libertarian and the Democrat . Their breakfast tacos are a bit cheaper. The street corn is delicious.

Beer selection and great indoor-outdoor seating. Gets busy.

Torchy's tacos seems expensive but you get your tacos worth. That is if you like what comes with each unique taco combination. The sauces lack a little in the heat department.

Good variety of tacos . I recommend the fried chicken one. Small beer selection but there are some good ones.

Baja shrimp and Trailer Park tacos are pretty tasty. Good size tacos , 2 were definitely filling.

All tacos can be made "trashy" (with their awesome queso ) but the trailer park is the best

1 taco is enough! Loaded. I use the corn tortillas from one to turn mine into two. Easier to eat. Jussayin. Queso is awesome!

Get the Trailer Park "Hillbilly Style" no matter what else you do, and if you like spicy order a Matador.

All the tacos are good but the Trailer Park and the Democrat are my favorites.

The only real Coke they have is Coca-Cola in a bottle ! yum

The Baja shrimp is the bomb! Also the crossroad taco is great!

They have unique drink flavors. Try mixing the Black Cherry with the Vanilla Creme. Mmmmm

Torchy's is usually amazing, but this location has a number of staff problems. Hope they fix it.
