Yes, waiting in queue can be a pain in the ass, but i think it's normal for any telecom business center . But on the high note, the staff are very accommodating, polite and nice.
I don't understand what people are yapping about. Of course you'd have to get a number and wait in line as with any service center! The staff was polite from the guards to the cashier .
