I've had shorter wait times at the DMV. The service at this Starbucks is consistently slow. It amazes me that Starbucks tolerates sub-par service. 10-15 minutes is a normal wait time here.

When meeting a friend here be sure to have a solid time or bring a book . That way you won't look like a loser drinking starbucks alone while playing with your phone...

Please don't enter from York Rd ... You mess up the traffic pattern for everyone. Go the extra 200 ft to enter on Burke Ave (like the sign says)

They now have dog biscuits behind the counter for the pups! Just ask!

If you've made gold status, you can free refills on coffee , iced coffee and iced tea . If not it's only $.53. Super deal!

Drive thru service gets slower every time! Too inconvenient to park to walk in either. This location never have enough stocked up either.

Quit, nice friendly staff and open up to 11pm weekdays

I wish they'd move the smokers' outpost away from the blasted door... Just because some people want to smoke with their coffee doesn't mean I do! On the plus side, very nice restroom .

Drive through is busy in the morning but the staff is very friendly .

Sort of seems like the staff here feels inconvenienced by helping you. They are not very attentive or friendly .

As of December 2012 the wifi is awful - at least on the side where the large group table is. Used to be fine - something changed.

Grande Iced 2 pump hazelnut , 2 pump vanilla , nonfat cafe latte . Only 90 Calories. Try it!

There's a sign at the York Rd that tells everyone to use Burke Ave for drive thru which nobody reads. Another close call yesterday when someone couldn't read.

There are a few designated Starbucks customer spaces in the lot next door on York rd.

Definitely need Do Not Enter SIGNS from York Rd. Another argument behind me in line .

Watch the crazies who can't read signs and try to enter drive thru from York Rd.

Unless you're the only car in line , it's often faster to go inside than use the drive throughh

Nothing more irritating than those who are too impatient for their caffeine fix and cut into the drive-thru from York Rd. Please just drive 25 yards up the road and enter properly like everyone else.

Bathroom keys are at the register.

Get a travel cup and save 10 cents each time you use it and save the environment!

Watch yourself in the drive thru...it gets crowded . Fender benders possible.

Park somewhere else & walk here because the parking lot is a bit small.

Your wifi speed is awful! It's almost non-existent at the big table. C'mon, what good are late hours and caffeinated drinks if I can't actually work productively?!

The staff at this location has really improved in the last year or so.

Don't forget to tip the greeter
