Had the most awkward massage ever. Faux wood vinyl floors = loud squeaking. Train goes by every 5 mins. Loud staff . Massage missed key areas (neck and hands). And up selling mid massage .
Went in for a second try for the cut color and got Daniele again! But this time he was really nice, did a great job with the cut and color! overall, very happy!

Not a huge fan. Upon check-in, was told "don't worry. NYers don't like to wait. And then I sat, waiting...shampoo was painful and the cut was ok". Not returning.
