Matt is the best server they have, hands down. Nite time is the time you want to eat here. Thursday thru Sunday you'll have the best service and food.

Worst customer service ever! Food always comes out cold and the servers don't care and management sucks ! Never again will I go to this particular IHOP!

Enjoyed Frankie's Breakfast, I was a bit hesitant to stop in, the pictures made the place look a bit stale, however it's far from it. Very inviting, friendly staff, food is good and great prices. ???????? - B Torres-Figueroa
