I bought a MacBook here - when I got home I discovered the trackpad didn't work well . They replaced the entire computer no questions asked. Excellent service !
No use booking an appointment. Had a 12h30 appointment. Still not helped. They don't run on time & then expect you to reschedule.
If you have a Mac / iPod moment and need support -- this is as good as 5th Avenue . They have hi-end skills - didn't use them, but glad they are there.
