The scrambled egg whites and sirloin off the healthy choices menu is awesome. The sirloin is fajita based. And nothing's better than having a Hop Knot at 7am!
Food and service were excellent! And they made a donation to St. Mary's Food Bank in honor of Mother's Day. Very classy ! Will definitely be back.
Had the steak and eggs . Got a good amount of food for a reasonable price that tasted pretty good as well . Had a weird smell coming from the bathroom only down side.
One of the best new spots for breakfast in the EV. Chef May does it right again. Hint: Try the Iced Coffee !

Went there 7/12 for my birthday and was very disappointed. Their Loco Moco has been taken off the menu . They were out of chicken fried steak . I finally settled on the banana pecan French toast .
