Great Staff and Location... Hotel changed from a Hilton to a DoubleTree by Hilton. All I have to say is a warm, chocolate chip cookie at check in.
Very strange experience. I was first given a room that was not cleaned . Took me two sets of key fabs to get in. Second room took me two key fabs to get in. Carpet is wet/fell on tile bath. #dislike
Out dated. Wallpaper from 80’s marked & coming apart . No usb connections. 4 cleaning crew rm wasn’t ready til 9pm. Chkd in at 8. Forgot to tell me rm was set & were still cleaning rms. Comp w ???? & h2o
I am a healthy young woman. checked in and was given a handicap room. guess nano bubble bathes for me.
Norfolk Airport Hilton, built to withstand Cat 4 hurricane, Max & Erma's on site, cats are hiding under the beds. We're good. :)
If you'd like a late night snack from room service better get it not so late. The menu says til midnight but the kitchen was already closed at 10pm....
