Sign in at the first counter and then get comfortable . It's a longish wait. They move fast but there are a lot of people.
They have a box outside the store to return the equipment. You don't have to wait in the store.
I watched one of the employees calling out and shouting at a customer from across the store. Service is in alignment with the rest of Comcast. It sucks.
