If you're here to pick up an online purchase you had sent to the Moreno Valley location, you're in the wrong place (this is Canyon Springs).
People do realize Best Buy doesn't make laptops , right? If a laptop breaks, blame the manufacturer .... Smh
Bought an inkjet cartridge at Riverside store. Hp put wrong cartridge in box. This store would not take it back even with receipt. Pretty much stopped buying anything at Best Buy after that.
Customer service is pretty bad and a laptop they sold to me was broken within 6 months of regular use. No one knew what to do. Buying a laptop at Costco from now on with free 2 year service.
Recycled some electronics that got fried in the storm
If you're looking for customer service you won't find it here. The cellular service is terrible and they do an even worse job at setting everything up.
