Indeed the best value for money high end Japanese in SH. Fish is daily imported from Japan , all the chefs are Japanese .authentic experience

I had no idea what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. A must if you want sushi in Shanghai that won't give you Montezuma's Revenge if you know what I mean.

Possibly one of the best Japanese sushi restaurant in Shanghai. Pricey but definitely worth it.

Everything ordered is good. Most impressive are the apple flavored tuna roe (something fishy actually tastes refreshing!) & House sake (菊正宗), which smell as good as the taste

Amazing Sushi ! Serious competition for Oyama and Tenya 22. I especially like the different flavors using citrus and salts which enable a new taste experience.

Everything! Ume is the best. So fresh. Scorched tuna toro sashimi . Grilled toro . The squid with wasabi . Wow!

Sorry to say, Tsukiji Aozora Sandaime was taken over by a Chinese. New owner got skilled chefs from Japan out of his restaurants . Not sure their fishes and rice are the same as before ????

¥450 onwards for dinner set. Fish was passable for Japan standard but sushi making was clearly not. Rice was falling off all the time and PRC chef placed wet pieces of sushi rice on my plate.

Home made cream with fresh fruit . Must try dessert .

Reccomend the 400 omakase , some inventive tastes outside the usual gamut of shanghai sushi establishments.

The set is a very good deal . Fills you up and has tons of goodies!
