Has a hot sit-down menu, but very few seats. Busy on mornings before 10:30.
A bakery with wide selection of HK style tea restaurant food. Good deal breakfast too.
Chinese greasy spoon. Great value , but don't expect too much.
$1.50 + tx coffee/tea with any HK bun . Must try.

Update as of July 2022 - food comes out super quick, portions are big and food is great overall. Still haven’t tried the drive thru though - DJ ????????
They serve sui-mai. Still good after re-heating it the next day. Ask for chilli sauce to go with it. - Jason
