Try the great spa and beautiful pool. Restaurant menu could be better but the food was delecious. Mini bar prices are 3x expensive .

Great location to go anywhere you want by public transport , really clean and comfort.variety in breakfast is good and quality is fair (could be better in a 5 star hotel )

If you have asthma, windowless airconditioned conference room will challenge you. Don't forget your inhaler.

Nice hotel ,free parking , friendly stuff , but the outsaid noisy you can hear it in the room

Bring your own iron. The room service is only available till 5pm

If you ask at the reception to call a taxi , it doesn't mean you won't be cheated by driver. Be very careful while giving cash to drivers, they hide banknotes and say, that you gave them wrong amount.

The air conditioning in the room is not cooling. The service is very bad and slow.Room furniture is very old and broken It needs to be remodeled. Seriously, I don't consider this hotel a five star.

It is not realy 5 star hotel , 4 or maybe 3 star

This Hotel is too close to the Taksim square and for the price and service it's brilliant.

not bad.. but single rooms are so narrow.. and although breakfast s ok but there s no fresh fruit juice .. that s disadvantage
